SMS Terms and Conditions

Program name and description

Bennett Paving Text Updates is operated by Bennett Paving, Inc. The program provides service and operational SMS/MMS communications to people who opt in. Customer messages may include quote follow-ups, appointment reminders, project scheduling and status updates, and customer support. Employee, driver, and contractor messages may include dispatch assignments, schedule changes, job instructions, and other work-related updates. Messages may be sent using automated technology. This program does not include promotional marketing.

Consent and participation

You may opt in through a form or another consent process that identifies this program and explains the messages you will receive. Only provide a number you own or are authorized to use. Providing your phone number alone does not enroll you in recurring texts. Consent to texts is separate from other agreements and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Employees, drivers, and contractors may contact the office to arrange an alternative communication method.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies based on your requests, active projects, work assignments, and conversations with us. Messages may be recurring. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent or received, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier with questions about your text or data plan.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any program message to cancel text messages at any time. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation text. No further program texts will be sent unless you opt in again. To rejoin, complete the program’s opt-in process again. Opting out of texts does not cancel an existing quote request, contract, or work assignment; contact us to arrange other communications.

Delivery and appropriate use

Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging is not an emergency service. For urgent job or dispatch questions, contact the office directly. Notify us if your mobile number changes or is reassigned, and do not send passwords, payment card information, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information by text.

Privacy

Read our SMS Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect messaging information. We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes and contact information

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. We will obtain any new consent required before changing the program’s messaging purpose.
